We haven’t lived in our home long. So when we had a bunch of issues we didn’t really know where to begin and didn’t have much knowledge about issues in the past with the plumbing and fire place or what had been fixed or what had been an ongoing issue. We called AJ Parker Plumbing and they came out and looked at all our issues, no matter how big or small. They don’t try to upsell us or do anything unnecessary repairs. They talked us through everything we had told them about, how they could fix it and what the long term goal would be. We had them fix our gas fireplace, a toilet, rebuild 2 shower faucets for more temperature control. They fixed the noise the shower was making( it sounded like the pipes were working way too hard. Imagine a lawn mower in your walls) and got rid of a clog in the shower as well.
They were all so nice, respectful of our time and property. Stayed as quiet as they could since my BF works from home. Explained everything to me and let my dog bring them all the toys she could find.
What a great family owned company! Highly recommend to anyone!! Thank you all so much for your help!

So, 1.5 years ago we had a blockage in our line leading to our septic tank(s). A friend suggested we contact AJ Parker. They came out immediately and solved our problem. Heather told me at the time if we needed them again to please call - and, if she was unable to answer, to leave a message or text the same number and she would get back to me shortly. Yesterday, our 8 year old electric water heater decided to call it quits. I remembered AJ rescued us previously, so I reached out, left a message and I texted the same number. As Heather had promised me she was in touch with me shortly after my call. She arranged one of their techs to come to our house that same day and replace our water heater. The tech did a great job - he worked professionally and cleanly and gave me a ‘heads up’ of what to expect. Everbody we have interacted with at AJ are the nicest people. If you want dependable, professional service and at the same time interact with wonderful people, do not hesitate to contact AJ Parker.

Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended!
I recently hired AJ Parker Plumbing to replace two older toilets and water heater, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the initial call to the final installation, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
The team arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and worked efficiently. They handled the removal of the old units and installed the new ones with great attention to detail. Not only was their workmanship top-notch, but they also left the space spotless afterward.
What really stood out was their professionalism, honesty, and respect for my home. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise fees—just quality work and great customer care.
If you need plumbing work done right the first time, I highly recommend AJ Parker. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future needs!

AJ parker did a fantastic job for us. They installed a mini-split heat pump/AC in our new house. Their service and attention were excellent - everyone from the office staff to sales and the workers. They were able to squeeze us in a week early, when our unit arrived early and did an awesome job. Back to this neighborhood after 30 yrs - good to know we are all set with a great plumbing company.

I am new to Lake County and do not know who is good and who is not. Therefore, I rely on Google reviews and word of mouth from friends. AJ Parker plumbing was recommended to me by the previous home owner and by a life long resident of Mentor Ohio. I like Neal the main plumber. He obviously knows his craft. I have had them out twice to fix problems. The first time, Neal brought his son out who did a lot of the work. The second time, a woman accompanied him... a relative of the original AJ Parker. Both of Neal's assistants were very good. Their price is for the value received. I strongly recommend AJ Parker for fixing plumbing problems.

AJ Parker was very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues! Heather and the team took their time and found the real issue with my plumbing system and corrected it! They provided services other reputable services did not and provided exceptional service. They educated me and went above and beyond to assist me! Highly recommend!
